Don’t forget our Customer Services Centre on 0800 801 601 is one of the most valuable resources for customers and their advocates. Housing advisors answer most queries on the spot. Operating hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday for all enquiries and 24/7 for urgent calls.
