    Controlling mould in your house

    Mould is a type of fungus that grows in damp areas inside and outside the home. It usually appears as green, grey, brown, black, white or red growth or stains on walls, ceilings and other surfaces. It appears in speckled patches or streaks that become larger as it grows. Another name for mould is mildew.

    Our priority is to carry out work at properties with young children where there are no fences, fences that are in poor condition, or properties where vehicles can enter children’s play areas. After that we will start making driveways safer at all our properties around New Zealand.
