If you are an existing Housing New Zealand tenant and you have disability or mobility needs that require modifications to your accommodation, please advise us on 0800 801 601.

If you are applying for a state house or flat, please advise us of your needs as part of your housing needs pre-assessment, which will be conducted by a housing advisor at the Customer Services Centre (0800 801 601).
