Hundreds of people were involved in the development of the New Zealand Housing Strategy.

Between April and July 2004, we held a series of consultation meetings, hui and fono throughout the country, and invited writtedn submissions on the discussion documnet, Building the Future: Towards a New Zealand Housing Strategy.

We are grateful to everyone who took the time to share their views.
