If you're on a low income and you and the others in your household are New Zealand residents, you may be eligible for a Housing New Zealand home.
We have a range of rental housing available throughout New Zealand. Our properties range from units for people living alone, to larger homes for families.
To find out whether you are eligible to rent a home from us, give us a call or visit your nearest neighbourhood unit and request a review.
When you first contact us we'll ask you about your housing needs. We may be able to help or we may put you in touch with other groups that can.
If you are likely to be eligible for a rental home, we'll arrange a time for you to come and see us.
