We offer a range of home ownership services to help people on low to moderate incomes become home owners.

For many people, the biggest obstacle to owning their own home is saving the deposit. We support Welcome Home Loans, designed for people who can afford mortgage repayments but have little or no deposit.

We also offer:

  • Shared Equity Loans, designed to bridge the afforability gap for modest income earners in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Nelson and Queenstown
  • home ownership education workshops.
