Registration of Interest - Supply of Maintenance Contract Materials Procurement Items
Housing New Zealand Corporation (HNZC) is a Crown Owned Entity which has a national property portfolio of approximately 69,000 residential units. Its current maintenance materials procurement agreements expire on 30th June 2010. HNZC is commencing a program of business transformation that will include improved outcomes for tenants, asset management and value for money. In this context we intend to re-tender these contracts for the supply of items associated with the maintenance of this property portfolio.
Contracts are for a period of two years, with provision for extension for a further term of two years if HNZC performance conditions are met. Contracts are to commence 1 July 2010.
HNZC now invites Registrations of Interest from suitable companies to supply nationally the items required by each of the categories listed below:
- Building Supplies
- Electrical Supplies
- Plumbing Supplies
- Gas & Electric Stoves
- Decorating Supplies (Interior and Exterior Paint, Wall Paper)
- Gas Heaters
- Solid Fuel Heaters
- Carpet
- Vinyl
- Hardware
- Residential Ventilation Products
Registrations should include a brief statement outlining your company, ability to supply nationally, product range, and management capability of servicing a significant national contract.
This preliminary registration precedes the following anticipated process:
- evaluation and short listing of registrations of interest
- late December to early January 2010
- invitations to tender
- mid January to mid February 2010
- tenders evaluated
- late February to mid March 2010
- appointment of successful tenderers
- late March 2010
Interested parties are to complete the HNZC Registration of Interest Submission Form, available on both GETS and the HNZC web site. Submissions must be received by 5.00pm on Friday 18 December 2009
