Income received from boarders/flatmates must be indicated in the Income-Related Rent application form under 'other people living at your rental property'.

Boarder/flatmate payments will be ignored if there are only one or two boarders. Where there are more than two boarders, the two highest payers will not be included in the calculation of Income-Related Rent.
