There are many organisations working in different ways to provide valuable services, support and advice to our customers - applicants and tenants in the highest need of state housing assistance. If you work with one of these groups, this page is for you.

Don’t forget our Customer Services Centre on 0800 801 601 as one of the most valuable resources for customers and their advocates.  Housing advisors answer most queries on the spot, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week*.  

*Note: the housing applications service is available from 8 am till 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
