Language Line is a free, phone-based interpreter service that lets you to talk to us in a language you feel comfortable using. There are 42 languages available. These languages are listed on the Language Line website.
You can ask for Language Line whenever you call us. You will talk to a fully qualified interpreter over the phone, letting us communicate efficiently and confidentially with you in your preferred language.

Our deaf or hearing-impaired customers can use New Zealand Relay (NZ Relay) to contact us. NZ Relay is a telecommunications service for people who are deaf, hearing-impaired, deaf-blind, or speech-impaired. All NZ Relay calls are strictly private, so information is safe and secure.
