Request for Proposal for the Garrison Henshaw Redevelopment Project, Auckland

Housing New Zealand Corporation is a Crown owned entity.  It is commencing a Request for Proposal process which seeks submissions from suitably qualified property development companies and community housing organisations to participate in a redevelopment opportunity involving 9818 square metres of Corporation land at Three Kings, Auckland.

The Garrison Henshaw Redevelopment Project includes the funding, design, construction and sale of a mix of social and affordable private housing at Garrison Avenue and Henshaw Avenue, Three Kings, Auckland.  It is proposed that the project will deliver integrated private and public housing with approximately 25 townhouses and 22 apartments for the elderly and/or disabled.

Housing New Zealand is seeking a combination of ownership comprising of private owners, social or community housing providers and itself.

Interested parties must comply with the information requirements contained in the Housing New Zealand Request for Proposal document, available by application to procurement@hnzc.co.nz.  Submissions must be received by 2.00pm on Thursday 26 January 2012.
