Request for Expressions of Interest for the Pomare Redevelopment (Stage 2) Project, Lower Hutt

Housing New Zealand Corporation is a Crown owned entity. It invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified property development organisations and community organisations to participate in a substantial redevelopment and urban renewal opportunity.
The Pomare (Stage 2) Redevelopment Project includes the funding, design, construction and sale of social and affordable private housing at Pomare, Lower Hutt. The project will deliver integrated private and public housing with approximately 72 standalone dwellings.
Housing New Zealand is seeking a combination of ownership comprising of private owners, social or community housing providers and itself.
