Request for Expressions of Interest for the Northern Glen Innes Redevelopment Project

Housing New Zealand Corporation is a Crown owned entity. It invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified property development organisations to participate in a substantial redevelopment project.
Housing New Zealand plans to trial the delivery of a redevelopment project in northern Glen Innes, Auckland, as part of the Tamaki Transformation Programme, which is the largest urban renewal programme in New Zealand. It has 156 properties available for comprehensive redevelopment, spanning approximately 12.93ha. These properties are located in two separate areas in northern Glen Innes.
Housing New Zealand is looking for an increased number of homes to be provided, with a combination of Housing New Zealand, social or community housing and private ownership.
Suitably qualified property development organisations with the capacity, both financial and professional, and the relevant experience and capabilities to take up this challenging opportunity, are invited to respond to this Request for Expressions of Interest.
Expressions of Interest must comply with Housing New Zealand’s information requirements which include detail on the following:
