Registration of Interest - National Contract for Energy Efficiency Retrofit Installation Programme

Housing New Zealand Corporation (HNZC) is a Crown Owned Entity which has a national property portfolio of approximately 69,000 residential units.
Housing New Zealand has a programme to improve the energy efficiency of its properties to make homes warmer and drier. It will tender a national contract incorporating all regions in which approximately 3,000 homes will undergo Energy Efficiency Retrofit Installation. This contract will commence in September 2011 and will be for a period terminating 30 June 2012. There will be a provision for renewal at Housing New Zealand’s sole option.
HNZC invites Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified persons or companies or organisations to undertake this nation-wide contract.
This preliminary registration precedes the following anticipated process:
- evaluation and short listing of registrations of interest
- late August 2011
- invitations to tender
- late August 2011
- tenders evaluated
- early September 2011
- appointment of successful tenderer
- mid September 2011
Interested parties are to complete the HNZC Registration of Interest Submission Form (Word Document, 124kb) available on both GETS (www.gets.govt.nz) and the HNZC web site. Submissions must be received by 3.00pm on Tuesday 23 August 2011.
