Our 0800 number is now your first port of call if you need to talk with us – 0800 801 601. All calls are free of charge, even if you call from a mobile phone.
While many of you have been using the centre for years, it is now bigger and better than ever before. We have more fully trained housing advisors staffing the phones and we now have two Customer Services Centre sites, one in Porirua, and one in Manukau.
Our trained housing advisors at the Customer Service Centre have access to all your details at their fingertips, so nearly all your questions will be able to be sorted on the spot when you ring – whatever the query.

The Customer Service Centre is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for many queries, although pre-assessment of applications for state housing are handled from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
